Meet The Team
Tim Wynne | Vice President of John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates
Tim Wynne joined John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (JLSREA) in 2008. Tim brings more than 20 years experience in real estate franchise sales and management, having spent time with three national brands. As Vice President, he is responsible for JLSREA’s operations, business development, and merger/acquisition initiatives for both company-owned and franchise divisions.
Edie Estes | Director of Franchise Operations
Ms. Estes is a John L. Scott veteran who has worked closely with agents/brokers for more than 21 years. Ms. Estes first became associated with John L. Scott, Inc. in 1992 as a licensed real estate professional. In 1994 she joined the company as an employee. In 2010 Ms. Estes joined the John L. Scott Service Center and soon became the Director of Residential Operations. She has an in-depth knowledge of John L. Scott, Inc. tools and services. As Director of Franchise Operations, her responsibilities include the development, implementation and maintenance of standard operating policies and procedures for JLSREA, maintaining franchisee communications and relationships, as well as on boarding of new franchisees.
John Caswell | Manager Business Development
John Caswell joined JLSREA as Manager Business Development in 2016 and has more than 17 years of sales and management experience in the finance and mortgage/real estate industries. His most recent experience was working as the VP of Production for a start-up commercial finance company beginning in late 2014. From 1999-2012 John worked at DiTech Funding and Greenlight Financial - both direct lenders headquartered in Irvine, Ca. While serving these two larger, nationally branded mortgage firms his roles ranged from Sales Agent to Sales Manager and Client Relations Manager. While a majority of his professional career has been spent in Southern California working with a national audience, John is a Pacific Northwest native and glad to be back home and honored to be a part of the John L Scott family.
James Colburn | Management Consultant
James Colburn joined John L. Scott Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. in November 2014. Prior to joining JLSREA, James has served as a freelance business consultant and branding expert as well as Managing Broker for Windermere Real Estate Northeast from September 2011 to October 2014, Managing Broker from January 2010 to August 2011 for Metropolitan Realty Inc., and Real Estate Broker for Windermere Real Estate Mill Creek, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2010. James’ primary responsibilities include franchise consultation, communications, mentoring, developing new business affiliations and merger/acquisitions with JLSREA in Washington.
