The Relocation department is designed to be a service provider not only to clients, but also to the sales associates and managers at John L. Scott. Our goal is to ensure that every client referred to John L. Scott Relocation receives the highest quality service, ultimately resulting in a successful and profitable transaction for both the sales associate and the client.

Barry Matheny | Vice President of Relocation Services and eBusiness
Barry has many years of widely varied experience in real estate and relocation, following a very successful 25-year career as a VP of Sales/General Manager for a national communications company. After several years as a real estate professional and associate broker, Barry was appointed Director of eBusiness. Barry was promoted to Senior Director of Business Development and then Vice President of Relocation Services and eBusiness Departments.
Janette Krawiec, CRP | Relocation Manager
Janette has a background in Business Management and Accounting. She has been with John L. Scott Relocation since 2004. Janette oversees the day to day operations of John L. Scott Relocation and manages all financial, reporting and business analysis functions.
Mike Klansnic, RCC | Corporate Relocation Account Manager
Mike joined John L. Scott Relocation in 2005 after several successful years in the telecommunications industry. Mike has experience in all aspects of relocation and earned his RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation in 2008. He has been a Corporate Relocation Consultant serving the needs of relocating employees since 2006.
Jody Williams, GMC, RCC | Corporate Relocation Account Manager
Jody has been a Corporate Relocation Consultant with John L. Scott Relocation for since 2007. Jody has experience in all aspects of relocation from corporate relocation to inventory management. She earned her RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation in 2006. Jody’s main goal is to offer the best customer service possible in every situation.
Kathy Williams, RCC | Senior Corporate Relocation and Inventory Account Manager
Kathy has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her experience encompasses accounting, training, customer service, franchise development and account management. Kathy has a wealth of knowledge of the complexities involved in managing large corporate group moves, including the entire employee move process and administration of policy benefits. Kathy joined John L. Scott Relocation in 1999 and earned her RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation in 2008.
Joyce Zavales, RCC | Senior Corporate Relocation and Inventory Account Manager
Joyce’s extensive experience includes ownership and management of a chain of retail outlets for 15 years, and more than a dozen years as an active licensed agent and relocation specialist. Joyce joined John L. Scott in 2006 as the Corporate Inventory Relocation Specialist and earned her RELO Certified Coordinator (RCC) designation in 2008.
